Dr. Shivam Bajaj is a distinguished legal practitioner with over nine years of experience and a focused expertise in Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Dispute Resolution. A law graduate from Christ University, Bangalore, Dr. Bajaj holds a Master of Laws and a Ph.D., and continues to contribute to legal scholarship as an active research scholar. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, representing marquee clients such as Hero MotoCorp, Havells India, Acer India, TVS, Porter, and Manipal Hospitals.
