Advocate Arihant Kumar Nahar began his career in 2015 with Mindcrest Inc. (USA) in Pune as a Research Associate. In 2016, he enrolled with the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh and trained under Senior Advocate A.M. Mathur (Former Advocate General, Madhya Pradesh), while also assisting several designated Senior Advocates before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and Tribunals. In 2020, he established his independent practice and continues to advise and represent clients across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
He has substantial experience in Civil and Criminal Litigation, Banking & Finance, SARFAESI and DRT proceedings, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Corporate Advisory, Cyber Fraud, and Commercial Disputes. He regularly represents financial institutions, corporations, and individuals before High Courts, District Courts, NCLT, DRT, DRAT, and other judicial bodies. Advocate Arihant is also empaneled with the Government of Madhya Pradesh, State Bank of India, RBL Bank, Union Bank of India, and Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd., and is known for his strategic counsel, meticulous drafting, and advocacy.
